This post is a completion of our special and profound healing journey at the end of a summer of challenges for my dear husband, Doug, and me (though in little over a week we will be with the humpback whales in Mo’orea … wonder what they have in store for us!) You can see the other stories leading up to this one on my blog below.<\/p>\n

Our healing trip continued after divine Canada as we were driving from Portland to the San Francisco Bay Area to visit family.\u00a0 Of course, we just had to stop and spend some time at my second spiritual home, Mt. Shasta, on the way.\u00a0 I have been conducting enlightening spiritual workshops at Shasta for many years as it is one of the most potent of vortexes for expanding consciousness.\u00a0 This year, it just did not feel as though I should offer it again in September as I usually do.\u00a0 Something kept me from putting it out there … and of course, I now know why … we just had to go to Canada, Lake Louise and experience the deep healing there!<\/p>\n

As we drove closer to Shasta I was reading on a chat about a person who was sharing with mainstream people how to clear fear and transmute negative emotions.\u00a0 I thought that was so cool and a great way to spread the love.\u00a0 I thought … wow, I should send in my products and videos and meditations too to help people move through these challenging times.\u00a0 I would only do it if they were for free.<\/p>\n

There is a part of me that always wants to give my spiritual gifts for free and not charge at all.\u00a0 I think so many spiritual teachers and healers feel the same way … but alas, we must charge in order to ensure we have sustenance.\u00a0 But this time, I was truly considering sharing my gifts without charge to the mainstream people on this chat.<\/p>\n

After that first inspiration, though, I felt a huge resistance and touched in to a concern I have always had about going “out into the world more” or being “well known.”\u00a0 I know many of you know what I mean.\u00a0 Am I good enough?\u00a0 Am I worthy enough?\u00a0 Questions that haunt me at times.\u00a0 It seems easier to just fade into the background and live a simple life.<\/p>\n

The other consideration for me was, what if my work became known as helpful and it pulled us into another way of being that I really don’t want?\u00a0 I want to stay anonymous and have a “normal” life (though our family would say we have never been normal!!)<\/p>\n

This concern turned into a huge emotional clearing for me as we viewed the mountain and felt the magic of Shasta pulling us forward.\u00a0 I had felt that I was beginning to exhale finally when we went through the immense energies of Canada … as if I was holding my breath for 50 years!\u00a0 I felt into the fact that since I was 26 years old I had been consciously doing the deep inner work.\u00a0 I had been healing my inner subconscious content for all this time and oh my, it felt just completely overwhelming!<\/p>\n

I began to cry and emote and to feel that I wanted to be over it all … I was now ready to stop healing and to just be the best I could be!\u00a0 The mountain was calling for us to go up to the spring on Panther Meadow.\u00a0 I knew all our guides would be there to honor us both for being willing to do the deep inner work and to keep on going no matter what it took.<\/p>\n

So as we came to the spring, I saw in my mind’s eye all of our guides, angels, masters, the dolphins and whales and our benevolent ET brothers and sisters, as well as the Great White Brotherhood standing around us as we sat next to the spring.<\/p>\n

They began to tone the frequency of pure love into us as the Light of Grace poured over us.\u00a0 It was divine!\u00a0 We so felt that they were saying to us … “Good job.\u00a0 You did it!\u00a0 You did not flinch from peering into your inner psyche to find your soul.\u00a0 You are healing the world with your willingness to grow.”\u00a0 They were honoring us just as Michael had done.\u00a0 It was overwhelming in the best way ever.\u00a0 We were in a state of bliss.\u00a0 We know we are not finished healing and learning, but it was fantastic to be acknowledged like this for our journey so far.<\/p>\n

After feeling that exquisite energy for awhile, I began to “see” a vortex of energy around us beginning to form.\u00a0 When we were at Lake Louise, we stopped for a moment at the place where the lake water was beginning to move to become the river sending the once still lake water into the inevitable movement down the mountain to become one with the ocean.\u00a0 We could literally feel that moment when the water molecules “let go” to become the river … the movement taking it in complete surrender to its eventual destiny of the ocean of Love.<\/p>\n

This vortex that was forming felt like the river water in that it felt inevitable and required surrender to allow it to keep moving.\u00a0 The vortex could not continue unless we completely let go to our souls’ guidance and direction.\u00a0 I told Doug what I was seeing and asked him if he was ready …. were we both really ready to surrender to our destiny whatever it was to be?\u00a0 He said yes and I felt yes … so when we made that choice, it began.<\/p>\n

We could feel the swirling energy move faster and faster as it drew us to the center.\u00a0 As we sped toward the center, we became that bright pink energy source of Pure Fifth Dimensional Love that Archangel Michael gave to us … and then … we were thrust directly into hyper space and the energy shot us right out of the Old Matrix and into the Light of All Possibility!\u00a0 Wow, wow, wow!<\/p>\n

We floated easily and effortlessly within the pure infinite energy of the universal possibility!\u00a0 We felt complete freedom!\u00a0 We knew that forever more we could choose to be in that infinite beingness whenever we wanted to experience it!\u00a0 Hurrah, hurrah!<\/p>\n

Archangel Michael had told us after we had the amazing experiences with him at Lake Louise that we could absolutely be fully human and present in our third dimensional expression and at the same time radiate that new higher frequency of Love.\u00a0 We had wondered if that would be possible.\u00a0 You mean we did not have to be perfect?\u00a0 We could still have our flaws, our misjudgments, our weaknesses and still be a power for good?\u00a0 We could still share the immense Love and still be imperfect?\u00a0 The answer was a resounding … YES!<\/p>\n

We believe all of this is true for all of us.\u00a0 We all have the power to heal through introspection and willingness to go into those dark inner spaces to love and heal them.\u00a0 When we do this we are not only healing our ancestors but also our children and the generations to come.\u00a0 We all have the capacity to be forces for good in the world, no matter how we express it.\u00a0 We all are masters … sometimes still in training … but we ARE the heroes!<\/p>\n
