NAVIGATING  THIS TIME OF EXTREME POLARITY:

Many of us are falling into the Old Matrix energy of widening polarity that is evident each day as we move through this highly intense time on the planet.  We Light Bearers are trying so hard to bravely and steadfastly hold the Light and keep our hearts open as we carry the torch of Oneness …. and we sometimes feel bombarded by more and more negativity and more and more polarity.  It can be challenging.

Jesus/Sananda came to us the other day and had such a clear and inspiring message about how we can truly navigate these changes, the polarity and negativity with grace and mastery, I just had to share it with you.  We all have our divine missions and for some, being activists is the guidance and for others, our mission is to hold the Light.  See if this resonates with you.  Please see below.

Beloveds, it is my joy and pleasure to be here with you today to oversee what you are facing in these months of transition. Know that all of your guides are closely monitoring your activities and your choices and we are holding you in the highest love as we honor your path of truth and righteousness (right-ness) and all of your desires you have in your heart to help make the world a better place. Remember that this is why you have come here, it is your mission, so to speak, to carry the Light, to hold the Light and to shine the Light in all ways that you can do so.

We know that you have been through some very deep challenges and it is your mastery that allows that you can experience these deeper levels of cleansing and clearing of the subconscious content. When masters such as you do this inner work, you are doing it for thousands of others as well and you are seeding the hologram with the higher frequencies of the Light of All Possibility moving out of the old matrix of contraction.

And so there are times in which you feel the utmost joy at understanding and knowing who you are, knowing of your mastery, knowing that you are Light Beings here to change the world. And then of course, the human element comes forth. The fact that you have a human ego and personality and a body … this can bring you back into the old matrix at times and this is how it is meant to be.

The challenges that humanity faces are deep within the inner psyche of humanity because of the separation and the belief of the separation from Source, as we have told you before. As the world and as humanity raises their frequencies then you begin to understand more and more the purpose of the darkness, the purpose of the polarity and the purpose of all the different ways that can be expressed in third dimension.

As you move through the coming months, It is very important that you keep centered in your heart, that you keep centered in the place in which your soul is expressed in the highest frequency, and that is within the heart.

And so whenever you have a situation coming forward that can be challenging for you to first take a breath and then go into your heart, you will see that the answers as to how to react and respond to different circumstances will be very clear to you and you will be able to navigate these changes very easily in that way.

We honor you for the dedication that you have put forward to the highest good of all. This dedication to the path of righteousness (right-ness) and goodness has allowed you to raise your frequency to a very very high degree. People around you can feel this energy and so you do not need to do anything or take any actions at this time, unless you are guided to do so, but simply being present in all the situations in which you find yourself … present in love and compassion … that is the way to move through these next months, which can be months of turmoil, perhaps.

You have been following the different philosophies and belief systems from all the different factions of humanity and it can become very very confusing at times. And so, this is how you must proceed and you have been doing this largely in the past however now it will be even more important for you to be focused on pure love and pure compassion as you move through the changes on the planet.

To remove yourself from judgement is the greatest challenge of all and that is because in your human form there is always a darkness and a light, a polarity of all expressions: masculine/feminine, high/low, earth/sky, spirit/matter. There are always going to be these polarities. So the way to navigate through all the polarities is to find the center, you see.

This means in the instance of your American politics and the extreme polarity of the sides, the best way to navigate this all is to pull yourselves out of the fray, out of the polarity and into the Light of All Possibility. You can imagine that you can see the polarities as the bottom of a triangle, one side representing the opposite side of the other side, and this is what polarities are, two different realities expressing themselves.

What you can do then is to place the polarities in your mind at the bottom of a golden triangle. Then raise your frequencies to the pinnacle of the triangle, which is the, let us say, top of the mountain. The top of the mountain shows you that there is a higher truth that encompasses both realities. So it is important for you to keep your focus there rather than in the polarity that you do not resonate with it. Rather than judging it it would be important to bring both of those sides into the higher realm of the light of the union of the Oneness.

You are the masters who are meant to do this upon the planet so you do not need to engage in arguments or different thought forms, you simply do not need to engage. You can state that you are rising above it all and placing your attention into the Oneness. And that is all you need to do.

It would be good for you to move away from the judgement that you feel of those on the opposite side of the polarity. Judgement and discernment are two very different things. Judgement entails that you are making wrong those who are following their beliefs and they follow their beliefs passionately because they truly believe them. So it is important for you to understand that that is their important path for now.

This is how earth is designed. The third dimension is designed for polarity. So to judge either side of the polarity means that you have moved your energy down into the old matrix, you see, whereas being master is to live in the Light of All Possibility wherein it is only Oneness. It is about focusing on the Light that has created the polarities. When you focus on the Light of All Possibility then you are focusing upon Source. And Source is where it all comes from, all of it is created from. So there is no judgement on Source.

So this is how to navigate your way through the coming months and years of turmoil that will be evident as the earth herself attempts to raise her frequency into the Oneness. You are the Light-showers to show the way. It is important for you as masters to hold that highest frequency of love and compassion. And this means love and compassion for all those who you see are at the other spectrum of the polarity than you are.

Placing your consciousness above the polarities, even if you believe that you are right and you know in your heart you are right … understand that those on the other side believe the same … they know in their hearts that they are right and they believe they are right. Letting go of that struggle is the mastery path.
